• Bird Dog is a service of Industry People Group, Inc., a company with a rich 14 year history of providing “Specialty Job Boards and Technology Based Recruiting Solutions to Specialized Industries like Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing.  Our flagship site has been MEPjobs. com which continues to be the standard in the MEP industry for job seekers and employers.
• The team here at Bird Dog consists of approximately 20 people. (Approximate because we’re in the process of staffing up as I type this.)
• We’re agile, dedicated, and focused on becoming the next “big thing” in the business of hunting and tracking talent in specialized industries.
• We just closed a round of venture capital and though we are just entering our “adolescence” at 14 years, it really feels like a start-up here.
• Bird Dog is a primarily a technology marketing and sales organization.  Bird Dog provides technology solutions that revolutionize the way construction and engineering firms go about their hunting and tracking of talent.  We provide the technological guts that free up human resources, reduce paperwork, reduce chaos, and frankly…help mitigate risk.
• Our target client is a construction, infrastructure, engineering, or facilities firm under 250 employees.  We have some clients who are much larger, and some under 10 employees.  As a SaaS based solution (Software as a Service) averaging $199/month, even the smallest shop will find us an easy line item on the budget.
• We have our own multimedia production studio called “Studio B” where we innovate and deliver content that educates and invigorates our clients and target markets.
